All of our lamb is grass fed and sourced from local farms in the Wiltshire area.
All of our pork is free range orchard pork; based next to a cider factory they are fed on apple pulp.
All our beef is sourced from local farms, we hang it for a minimum of 28 days prior to boning and cutting it.
